One of The Batman's main villains... hated Arnold playing this part tho. Although I guess I did try to get a little Arnold-inspired with this figure, as he's pretty big and tall. Just tried to make him look as cold and "frozen" as I could by using lots of silver and blues.

After taking these pics, I can see a little sloppy/chipped/rubbing paint that will have to get fixed...
