Hasbro hasn't given us one that's anywhere near accurate. The closest they've come to it IMO was the original Luke X-Wing Pilot back in 1995. But that figure was not exactly... good.

I started with the Vintage Collection X-Wing Luke as the base, because I like the torso articulation. I removed the arms, and replaced the upper half with the upper arms from the TAC Celebration Luke. I saw some shots of Luke in his Snowspeeder Pilot uniform, and it appeared that only the top half of the sleeves had the ribbing on them. I never noticed this before, but I decided to make my figure with that detail. So I used the lower portion of the Vintage Luke Pilot arms, but I swapped out the black gloves for a pair of AT-AT Driver gloves, since they were white. I cut the torso in half at the waist joint, and attached the lower legs of a Vintage Bespin Luke, since the boots were the same style that I wanted. I then sculpted the lower portion of the orange jacket over the top of the torso, and made it extend down far enough to cover the waist joint. After sculpting the lower portion of the jacket, I realized that I didn't have enough room for the harness/straps to go up under the jacket like they are supposed to, so I ended up dremeling two small holes on the crotch piece - one in front and one in back - right under the bottom of the jacket, and placing the straps in there to give the illusion that they go up under the jacket (I hope). I removed the lower calf "artillery piece" (I've never known what they called this) from Zev Senesca and added to the top of the boot. Then I removed the collar from Zev and added that as well.

I used Games Workshop orange to paint the entire suit. I know that the film shots show the jacket as being a slightly different orange color than the pants, but I don't like the way that looks, so I went with a uniform orange across the entire thing.

I looked at more reference pics, and saw that Luke's belt didn't have the gun holster in all scenes. So I decided to leave it off this version of my figure. Then I did a small improvement that I've never done before - I added a small piece of wire to the belt, and another small loop of wire to the saber hilt. This way it can attach to the belt.

Then, I realized that once Luke gets to Dagobah, he removes his gloves (he also mysteriously has the holster on his belt at this point, but I decided not to create two belts. Although I thought about it, and may still do it. The existing belt is removeable.). Since I wanted this to be my "Ultimate Version" of Snowspeeder Luke, I worked up a second set of lower arms, using the lower half of the TAC Ceremonial Luke arms that I had already used.
